I’m Nick, a learning, development, and people operations professional based in Chicago.
A lifelong learner, I bring a passion for making professional and organizational development fun, approachable, and powerful.
With over 6 years of experience in workplace learning and enablement, I emphasize building values-driven, inclusive cultures that align with business objectives.
I have developed workshops, guided organizational change efforts, written AI governance policy, built change adoption training, and provided coaching to business leaders.

When I'm not designing and facilitating, I enjoy reading, playing Mario Kart, watching horror movies, and playing with my cat, Becky. I’m working on my Master’s of Science in HR Management via Texas Tech University online and plan to pursue my PhD in Workforce Development afterward.
I have been a Chicagoan for 15 years and enjoy exploring different neighborhoods, restaurants, bars, and shops on the weekends in addition to travel further afield.
