COOPERATIVE LEARNING GAMESA functional director came to me for help getting her team to understand the context of their work product within the business and how to better align with other departments for an upcoming on-site.
She was open on format and we had only a loose agenda otherwise, so time commitments were negotiable. The project just needed to be engaging and fun while being educational.

This session was the best-reviewed portion of the onsite. Participants love that each player was able to get out of their own head and engage with their teammates and the game mechanics to solve a group problem.
Once the game was completed, we spent time discussing as a group what we learned from it about both team dynamics as well as what we learned about the different ways that the team needed to think about when interacting with and providing services to other teams.
