INTERACTIVE LEARNING

Many companies have started to talk about creating a culture of learning, but what does that actually look like in practice?

It looks like finding ways to make learning a part of the fabric of work: part of your goals as an employee, part of your check-ins as a manager, and a tangible part of company events and get-togethers.

At BeatBox, we did exactly that through the creation of ongoing learning events, a revised performance management process, individualized learning stipends, and learning initiatives like a Spanish-language Slack channel and a reading competition.
